Erin O. Anderson | Founder and CEO

Erin is a graduate of Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management with an MBA degree in Strategy, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. She attended Belmont University for her undergraduate BA degree in Music Business and Entrepreneurship where she also now teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship. Before starting Olivia Records in 2021, Erin founded Olivia Management in 2012. For the past almost 10 years, she has managed independent artists and helped them strategize record releases (among many, many other things). In 2021, she decided it was time to do this thing for real.

Erin previously held positions at Amazon Music and Universal Music Group, as well as volunteer positions at TEDx Nashville, BEST, and is the current faculty advisor for Belmont’s Music Row Promo club where her students dream up marketing promotions for up and coming artists.

Mackenzie Fey | Marketing Coordinator

Mackenzie Fey is our marketing coordinator here at Olivia Management. She has been helping us market independent music for almost three years now, and she is excited to bring her creative mind and organized heart to work at Olivia Records. She’s recently finished up a degree in Music Business at Belmont University. In her free time she enjoys playing the piano, dogs, and making the rest of us smile!

Grace Carey-Hill | Marketing Assistant

Grace Carey-Hill is our marketing assistant at Olivia Management. She’s recently finished up a degree in Publishing with a minor in music at Belmont University. Her editorial skills, creative brain, and experience as a songwriter add so much to our team. In her free time, she enjoys writing and recording music, checking out the new art installations at the Frist, and binging yet another true-crime documentary!
